2015 Rosé of Pinot Noir

I created this rosé in the style of the delightfully agreable rosés of Provence. This perfumed, spicy yet structured rosé received extended contact with the skins and stems of the spicy and aromatic Pinot Gris 152 clone, imparting dimension rarely seen in domestic pinot noir rosés. Excellent with grilled sausage!
