The 2016 Eve’s Garden honors tradition with 65% of the fruit coming from the Dijon 113 Block. This silky, perfumed element is supported by complex tannins from a single barrel of Dijon 667, and a sultry undertone provided by a bit of Mistake Block Pommard. The inherent elegance of this cuvée has been enhanced by several years in the cellar.
